Warg

Wargs were large, hulking, rabid wolves used most notably by the Orcs of Tolagâl and, more recently, the Shadow Alliance.The training of Wargs is a difficult and often fatal process. They were not used frequently due to their tendency to kill their Orc masters, whether during training or as they were released to, supposedly, kill an enemy. Only a few Orcs have managed to tame some successfully, one such Orc being Uhjeck. Other races employ similar tactics of wolf-training, yet normal wolves are no where near as vicious as wargs.
Out of Character
"Wargs" were often represented by players polymorphing into wolves, via Magery or Ninjitsu, or by players taming various types of NPC wolves, most often Dire Wolves, but sometimes Timber Wolves and Hell Hounds. The same is said for players playing or taming simple wolves and guard dogs.
