The Spectral Court (abbr. S-C) was a Europa role-playing guild of vampires.

About the Court
The character types and lore used by the Spectral Court were based on the Pen and Paper games Vampire: The Masquerade and Vampire: Dark Ages. However both their lore and rulesets were heavily adapted to work within the framework of Ultima Online, some of them with more success than others.
In the latter days of the court, along with the distinct lore they already posessed, each clan acquired its own variation on the core court ruleset, in many cases with harsh restrictions and penalties for acting contrary to type. The Wolfren Clan embraced this more fully than any other, putting so much weight behind their specific playstyle that some survivours of the bloodline still play by the court restrictions long after the effective demise of the guild.
However, despite its previous demise the Spectral Court has been restablished under a new simplified version of the rules established by Ra'Karn Moon. The guild can be found at: http://www.freewebs.com/spectralcourt
The guild, though now much smaller, plays in the player-town of New Paws.
Roleplaying Organisations and the Court
The Spectral Court began as an ERPA guild many years before the formation of CoRE. After the initial Schism the Court attempted to avoid any politics and interacted freely with members of both Organisations. When they eventually parted company with ERPA, sometime before the end, they became an independant guild until their eventual fade. Recently The Spectral Court has been re-opened by Hutula, and now exists, though in much smaller form, in the player town of New Paws.
