Militia Patrol Turns Nasty!
Brave Guardsmen Defeated In Ilshenar
I've been hearing reports that a recent Militia patrol to the lands of Ilshenar ended badly for the Yewish guardsmen. Gathering in Stonekeep a small band decided to make their way to the Ilshenar lands, through the Spirituality moongate. But on arriving at their destination they found they had bitten of more than they could chew. I hear they found them selves facing some of the truly foulest beasts of those troubled lands! But after a well executed retreat, a few scratches and bruises, and maybe a bump on the head, or two, the guardsmen picked them selves up and managed to make their way home, back to the safety of Britannia!
Jade Bastet Branded Like A Common Thug!
Connection To Criminals Discovered
It appears that the well known Lady Jade of Tremere has literally been branded a criminal by the duchy! She was arrested under suspicion of dealings with a criminal gang, tied to the stocks and branded with a "B" for brigand! One wonders if this will only escalate the already hostile under current in the Trinsic area.
Trinsic Guardswoman Kidnapped!
Duchy Raid The Rusty Dagger!
A few days ago guardswoman Hildy of the Duchy guard was apparently kidnapped by a gang of brigands! Not only did they rough her up and force her to work behind a bar as a tavern wench, they also forced her to knife fight with Kaldorian Corwin, after he was also captured during an failed rescue attempt! Luckily for guardswoman Hildy and Kaldorian Corwin, the brigands showed some element of mercy when they dumped the wounded pair in the local woods, later that day.

- Whispers abound that VanQa, once leader of the elves and torture victim of drow fiend Iglata, is once again back in Sosaria and building a life with Jern Fretting at his cottage.

Jern Fretting, tinker and fully qualified blacksmith with arms lore, will be travelling the highways and byways of Sosaria, at odd hours during most days but never after 8pm. He will be available for making items free, if provided with the necessary raw materials and equipment. He will also provide basic free farrier services (horses only, both mounts and sumpters): simple sprains, sores, removal of stones and the like. Shoeings can also be done where there is a forge and anvil.
In addition to chance meetings on the road, appointments may be made either by notes left in the mailbox outside The Trinsic Rose Tavern or at the garden gate of Fretting Cottage in the Village of Silverleaf (postcode Slf) or by mail-carrier to 322791984.
