So what has caused this evil to spawn in Trinsic? How long have these infected creatures appeared here? There have been no reported sightings of them travelling the roads. No reports from inside the city of any help needed. This is some thing we cannot just ignore. Questions need asking and answers MUST be given and given at a meeting to be called I urge all leaders to gather together tomorrow evening [Monday 11 th Dec ] at the eigth hour.

Duke Irvyn calls a meeting
Greetings to you from Trinsic
In view of the circumstances that have developed here recently following Klion’s unprovoked act of aggression, I wish to invite you to a meeting to discuss the situation and how best to approach dealing with it. This meeting will take place at 9pm* on Wednesday 13th December.
For reasons of security, holding the meeting in Trinsic itself is clearly not a good idea. However, also for reasons of security, I will not state here where the meeting will be held. If you will communicate to me your intention of attending, or of sending a representative, I will inform you where to meet.

Citizens of Trinsic,
The City of Yew does not wish to engage you in warfare, we wish only to pursue the enemies of the Kingdom that you harbour within your City. There is no sense in protecting those who have attacked your friends and cousins in Minoc, nor should you forget that the Kaldorians once waged war upon your very own city.
Perhaps your Duke is a coward and unable to resist these enemies of the state? But Yew is not, and we shall drive them from your lands in the name of the Kingdom of Britannia.
Those of you who put down your arms and refuse to fight us shall be given clemency; be they human, elf or drow. But those of you who stand against us shall suffer yet more humiliating defeats - as you have experienced these last two evenings.
Denounce the traitor Irvyn and rejoin the Kingdom of Britannia! Together we shall crush the enemies of Lord British.

Rumours
Long lost grey robed alleged Dreamsender Drax Drodun - you know one of those who seemed at one time to be plaguing Trinsic and other places and catching on fire and freezing and all sorts, was seen leavign Trinsic West Gate on Froday night.
Amidst the sounds of war and battle he could be heard asking for a Green Haired scholar [we all want our own dont we!]. The elves and Kaldorians were fighting away and had their choppers out trying to stick them inside some large burly Yewlings - according to sources close to the Elven Quarter on Friday night.
Talking of Yew - a special correspondant has noticed that apparently the new Yew Library or University is a direct architechtural rip-off of Umbras very own University building. Anyone sending in sketches as proof will be rewarded with 10 000 golden crowns and a night out with a mystery guest.
Alynora was seen with Muldran Skully and the vaguely mechanical Ravida [also at the Trinsic Rose friday] who seems to have lost her speech patterns and is making no sense. Ravida is it seems very very ill and in need of medical attention - rumours are though that so far all offers of help have been in vain and Ravida continues to go from bad to worse.
