Nujel'm is located on a remote island off the coast of Vesper. It is a hot place; as is reflected in the loose and flimsy local dress. Both architecturally and naturally the city bears an exotic, flowing look, with rich flower beds blending seemlessly with man-made sculptures. Although its level of technology is high, the city has a relaxed simplicity about it, that makes it infinately popular with the Britannian and Magincian aristocracies and wealthy elites. The local culture is quite unique, bearing similarities to - and taking influences from - neighbouring Magincia, far-off Jhelom, and mainland Trinsic.

Nujel'm is built of gleaming tan sandstone, and rich marble. It is full of ornate arches, sweeping buttresses, and magnificent gardens. Narrow and crowded bazaars full of cloth-draped stalls mark out it's mercentile districts, and warrens of ghettoes are kept carefully hidden from the wealthier interior. Large and airy manors with pools, Magincian style columns, and curving gates like elephant tusks are evident from the main boullevards, with the old palace ever at the fore.
