The city of Naeloth was a settlement of Drow on Avatar Isle in Felucca. It later expanded to a general hub of evil roleplaying and was later considered the "City of Outcasts". However, due to player-killers and a general lack of interest in roleplaying evil in the later days of ERPA, the city fell inactive and players collapsed their homes there; instead choosing to place in places considered more active such as Vesper, Trinsic and Yew.
