Appearance
None in Tolagâl ever saw Magrekh in any other guise; he was always fat. Even though he was taller than the average Cave Orc it was still glaringly obvious that he was hideously obese, even by orc standards. His facial features could barely be seen due to his incredibly high body fat percentage. Magrekh even had to wear specially made armor and clothing, donated by Shirefolk as gifts, because of his weight. Magrekh was always eating and lazing around his court. He would dispatch his loyal magician Warrblag to deal with any who did not take him seriously. The Gothai could hardly deal with them himself, he could barely stand up let alone grip a weapon.
Background
Magrekh was the son of Vrashk, the first Ashdurbûk, and second ruler of the Orcs of Tolagâl. He was known as the Gothai (High Lord) which was a title granted to him by his father, who did not view his son as a typically worthy leader of his armies and did not grant him his former, full title.
Little is known about the history of Magrekh. Most of his background was probably covered up by Vrashk's Uruk-Hai as it became terribly clear, in the later years of his life, that he was not just the first (and perhaps only) son of Vrashk but clearly the most useless and incompetent. Unfortunately for Tolagâl the first born always assumes leadership, even if they aren't worthy of it. Because of this error in the Ashdurbûk's judgement, Tolagâl almost fell apart due to Magrekh's lack of interest and complete inability to lead and fight himself. His generals got tired and left to join Vrashk under the mountain and only the weakest Orcs remained under his, ever waning, influence.
Magrekh had become so fat that he could barely stand by the time Kraadu came to Tolagâl. He had even taken to wielding useless, golden weapons and jewel-studded armor for show instead of actual war-ready equipment. He had become greedy and overindulged during his reign, and all that was about to come to an end...
Death
With Kraadu's arrival in Tolagâl, Magrekh's horrific incompetence soon became evident to all. Though Kraadu dared not to kill him outright as many were loyal to him (for some reason) and such an act might have caused civil war between the orc races that now inhabited the valley. Instead, he prepared the orcs for war and lead them himself to many victories throughout Yew. He trained the Gothai's soldiers, twisted their thoughts and turned their allegiance against him. Eventually the orcs even began to speak outwardly against Magrekh. When Kraadu left Tolagâl he thought his trained soldiers would maintain his influence over the current, and newly spawned, orcs so that when he returned from his quest for power he could easily overthrow the worthless Gothai.
Unfortunately, upon Kraadu's return, Tolagâl had been ruined. Angered by this, the Dushatar lashed out and murdered an already injured Magrekh; trapped and impaled under his caved-in throne room within the Gothai's court.
The Gothai had met his fate. Tolagâl never fully recovered from his blistering failures and the survivors of the first siege mourned that they had not slain him sooner. Whether or not Vrashk knows, or cares, of his son's death is unknown. Without a doubt, Magrekh is to blame for the fall of Tolagâl.
