Eastern Outpost

The Eastern Outpost is a strategic location in Yew, fought over by several guilds throughout the history of CoY. To its north lay the terrifying Crypts of the Undead and the Tel'marian Mercenaries' seedy headquarters. To the south could be found the Shirefolk's down-trodden homesteads and the billowing Orcish refineries of Tolagâl. To the east stretched the paddy-fields of the Bujin'Kai and their Kotodoma successors, and in the west the mighty Citadel of the Guardsmen Militia stood vigilant. Positioned between these ever-warring peoples, the Outpost saw no shortage of bloodshed. Weekly patrols from east and west would often clash at its foot, whilst the Orcs and their Undead allies fought regularly to sieze it. Rarely did any one army hold it for long, with its walls only secured by the Militia after the fall of Tolagâl, the pacification of the Crypts, and the dispersal of the Kotodoma Clansmen.
