Council of Umbra

The Elders are those members of the Order that form the Council of Umbra. They are the absolute rulers of the town and the Order. From the laws to politics to science – the Elders maintain a tight grip on every aspect of life within Umbra. As such, the well-being of a citizen or scholar depends on their relation to the Elders.
Currently there are two Council members, each represented by their own banner colour and each involved in their own fields of interest concerning science and politics.
