Collegium Ditio Potentia Lex (abbr. COLL) is a guild role-playing a refined mega-corporation based in Malas.

About the Collegium
The role playing style is refined, and very malicious. It has drowned its own trade ministers once, wrapped people in its own 'mystic CDPL. tape of plastic cocooning', and waged numerous wars, up to date. The Collegium is not allied to anyone, nor is it on either side of the loyalist rebel conflict, rather in the middle forming a party of its own.
Disbanded in 2007, the guild has now returned and operates from a secret location in Malas, once again completely neutral in all conflicts.
History the Collegium
The organisation came to Sosaria roughly ten years ago, from an alternate dimension in the same manner as the Avatar, and others, have done, the first Maestro, Thessos, used the first years to gain wealth in this backwater world. Having been forced from their original world due to power abuse and rebellion, they now sought a new world to dominate. Although this one wasn't as full of people to control, it would have to do, or so he thought.
