Appearance

Fat and somewhat tall, Brodgar isn't very intelligent. Although his lack of reason, he is cunning and strong. He is approximately 6'2" and weighs around 200 lbs. His face is covered of scars and wounds; he has only one ear and a whip scar doesn't allow him to open his left eye completely. He wears the ushatar uniform, black with two red crossed scimitars on the chest, and carries a black shield of Tolagal tied to his back with a leather strap; under the shield he also has attached a bow to his back. A quiver full of arrows made with raven feathers and three heavy maces hang from his belt: Shatupar ("Crusher", a heavy war mace), Fitogâtar ("Winner", a war axe) and Vrastar ("Murderer" a mace).

Background

Really, nobody knows of where Brodgar comes from, not even him . What it is known about him is where he was seen for the first time: In the orc fort near the Grove of Love. He was following to a group of Ologijak, because he is fascinated by these creatures; In fact, Brodgar eats a lot, trying to be as big as one of them. Brodgar felt a 'void' in his life and felt he needed to demonstrate what he was worth. He found the Orcs of Tôlagâl and his loyal service came to fill that void. Brodgar followed their orders fanatically, combining his low intelligence and his great fervor, an unyielding faith in the Orcs of Tolagâl has born.

He climbed slowly but steadily through the Tolagâl ranks. Quickly accepted as a snaga in the Tolagâl armies, he fought in many battles and, surprisingly, survived to all of them and gained a lot of combat experience. Sometimes, his band won the battles, other times, he just fled when all turned bad for the orcs. After being able to kill an unborn with his own hands, he reached the next step and became a Dajal (youth). He tried to gain the respect of the other Dajali and his masters, leading attacks on humans, kidnapping people as hostage, burning the farms around Yew and other despicable activities.

Later, he recovered three orc statues called "Gundguls", with the soul of orc shamans locked in them. He also saved the life of the Gothai, accidentally, killing a troll that was chasing the son of the old Ashdurbûk. For these services, he was freed of his status of slave and became an Uruk. Months before his death, the Gothai chose a group of orcs to become Tolagâl Ushatari and patrol the valley, attack their foes and recover that past glory of Tolagal. Brodgar was one of the chosen orcs, and remains to this day an Ushatar, loyal to Tolagâl.

Kraadu, the new Ashdurbûk told him that the Guardsmen Militia of Yew killed the Gothai, and Brodgar felt insulted: Nobody will kill an orc without paying for it! Now, Brodgar tries to keep the snagi well-drilled, and under the orders of Kraadu and Xnath, when he can, leads other lessers orcs on destruction campaigns, raids on towns and attacks against the innocent people of Yew.

Brodgar fought fiercely at the Fall of Tolagâl and is one of the few to have survived, though his current whereabouts are unknown. It is likely the fierce Ushatar is deep within the Garmogatz leading Orc resistance against the occupying Guardsmen Militia or training a new legion of Orcs to later rise from the depths of Britannia and reclaim the surface.

Personality

Brodgar is a very quiet orc, although nobody knows if he speaks so little because of his personality or because of his lack of intelligence. He likes gambling and drinking although he finds more amusing to follow the orders of his superiors.

Ambitions

Brodgar always hoped that one day that Kraadu would help him become an Ologijak, but this dream was never achieved. Instead, Brodgar dedicated his life to eating and lifting weights in an attempt to become "big" enough. Brodgar was certainly one of the biggest, strongest and fiercest Orcs in Tolagâl, even if he wasn't an Ologijak.

Habbits

After years of service to Tolagâl, Brodgar has drunk lots of gallons of Skakk (Orcish liquor for lesser orcs), stronger than normal alcoholic drinks, and seems to be immune to normal Human drinks. He loves drinking Skakk!
